Janice is a Birmingham native who has recently located to the Sylacauga area to be near her family. She brings with her over 25 years experience in the real estate industry. As a licensed realtor and then a mortgage broker, she has served both the Gulf Coast and Greater Birmingham areas. In 2021, Janice returned to real estate to partner with her daughter, Carla Bowden, who is also an Agent with Area. In her free time, Janice enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, gardening, and physical fitness.  She and her husband, Bob Sayman have 3 grandchildren, Jana, Isabella, and Tanner.
